Your Key Responsibilities

Perform EHS related administration tasks and/or support, with respect to and within the local or regional EHS organization assigned.
Perform tasks such as filing, depositing and arranging function-related documents, certifications, audit results, etc..
Prepare EHS related statistics, diagrams, slides etc., to support dedicated Managers or Professionals.
Collect, select, classify and check information for completeness and given criteria and provide respective information in case of external audits.
Prepare all information and materials necessary to gain certifications and communicate in this respect with authorities and external certification bodies.
Proceed with all day-to-day EHS related assistant operations.
