Job Opening – Store Manager (HVAC Manufacturing Company)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

🕒 Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Handle complete store operations for HVAC manufacturing unit.

Manage inventory of more than 2000+ electrical & electronic components efficiently.

Maintain inward and outward material records properly.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with purchase & production departments.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and material handling procedures.

Maintain ERP/Excel entries for stock updates and documentation.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.

Coordinate dispatch and material issuance as per production requirements.

Ensure FIFO system and proper inventory control methods are followed.

Maintain store discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Store Department of manufacturing industry.

Experience in handling electrical and electronic components is mandatory.

Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store documentation.

Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling store activities independently.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma / Any relevant qualification.

Experience in HVAC or electrical manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
