Job Description

Job Summary

The Factory Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety regulations, and workforce productivity are met. They coordinate workers, monitor production processes, and report operational performance to management.

  • Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate factory workers and production activities.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Inspect production processes and finished products for quality control.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate factory staff.
  • Manage shift schedules, attendance, and workforce allocation.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.
  • Maintain production records and prepare reports.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
