Job Description
🍽️ Job Title: Restaurant Captain
📍 Location: Pizzawala's India
📌 Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage dine-in operations and deliver an excellent dining experience. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dine-in area with proper sanitation and cleanliness
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
- Present menus and assist customers in selecting food & beverages
- Inform guests about daily specials and menu updates
- Suggest add-ons and perform effective up-selling
- Take accurate orders using order pads or POS system
- Ensure timely service of food and beverages
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction
- Manage billing, payments, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
- Support team members and fill in when required
- Ensure proper grooming and professional appearance
- 🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Gender: Both genders allowed
- Education: Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in restaurant/service role
- English: Basic English required
