Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding*

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

* Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and gaps.

* Conduct background checks and handle all new-hire paperwork (contracts, ID collection).

* Lead the "Day 1" orientation to welcome new staff to the company culture.


*2. Training & Development*

* Design and implement training programs for sales techniques, customer service, and store safety.

* Conduct regular "refresher" workshops for existing staff to maintain high standards.

* Track training progress and ensure all employees are certified in necessary store protocols.


*3. Staff Management & Retention*

* Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, and performance files).

* Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances or workplace issues.

* Assist in periodic performance reviews and provide feedback for staff growth.

* Organize "Employee of the Month" or other engagement activities to boost morale.
