Job Description:
- Responsible for End-To-End Recruitment related activities.
- Understand client requirement
- Sourcing & screening of CVs / Resumes from Job portals like - Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. as per the client requirements.
- Co-ordinating / Line-Up different modes of Interviews like Telephonic / Video Call / face-to-face interaction.
- Negotiating offers with candidates as well as client place.
- Keep in touch with the candidates till his / her joining, and maintaining long term rapport with them.
- We are looking for candidates with Excellent communication, Analytical and Inter-personal skills
- Age limit 45 years old.
