Interior Architecture

Santushti Shakes Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to design and standardize layouts for our franchise outlets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, ensuring brand consistency across stores, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural and interior layout drawings for franchise stores
• Develop 2D and 3D designs as per brand guidelines
• Prepare detailed DWG drawings, working drawings, and execution plans
• Ensure design standardization across all franchise locations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and franchise partners
• Conduct site visits (if required) to ensure design implementation accuracy
• Modify designs based on site conditions and client requirements
• Maintain design documentation and version control
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (retail / F&B preferred)
• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (DWG)
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit or similar software
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator – preferred)
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, and execution techniques
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in franchise-based or retail chain design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment
