Planning & Cost Control - Project Management

Preparation of L2/ L3 schedule.

Prepare Monthly Progress Report (MPR) for submission to Customer.

Updating of schedule in primavera P3 and/or preparing L3/L4 schedule Primavera and/or in Excel and highlight critical issues to PM/PD.

Setting agenda and coordinating review meetings with SCM / Engineering / Site.

Prepare Presentations to Management including PPT to CE/IC-Head /MD.

ISO audit coordination. Document management.

Update status of objectives for MRM (Management Review Meeting).

Coordination and Monitoring Engineering drawing release schedule as well as construction drawing release.

Planning and Monitoring for PO placement, manufacturing and supply - coordination with SCM and PMG package owners.

Weight schedule management - maintaining package wise weight records as per eAlps shipping list and Engg. weight schedule.

Preparation of Annual Budget and monitoring & control of Budget for Cost, Invoicing and Collections of the project.

Prepare estimate of planned v/s actual cost and the expected cost to complete (ECTC) for the cost review meeting.

Keeping records for project learning and implementation of learnings of previous projects. Cost control initiatives and maintaining records.
