- Knowledge of all types of winding: Disc Winding, Interleaved Winding, Helical Winding, Intershield Winding, Regulating Winding
- Experience with PICC and CTC conductor winding
- Operating horizontal and vertical winding machines
- Crane operation and all conductor joints (CTC & PICC)
- Experience in manufacturing up to 500 MVA & 765 KV rating transformers
Job Responsibilities
- Core limb and yoke stacking as per transformer design
- Knowledge of CRGO core cutting, jointing, and lamination handling
- Clamping, tightening, and assembly of transformer core
- Handling core frames and understanding mechanical drawings
- Experience in LV, HV coil stacking and core & coil assembly
JD for Final assembly technician:-
Position- TPC Technician - Final Assembly Shop/Tanking Shop
- Must have completed ITI Fitter, Electrician, Wireman etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience & Maximum 25 years
- experience in the power transformer industry.
- Experience in working with 132kV class, 220 Kv class, 400 Kv class & 765 Kv class power transformers.
