The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is currently looking for a Project Specialist for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual. How you’ll make an impact

• Provide internal and external customer support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
• Customer assistance (Domestic & Export) ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
• Customer requests recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices) is in place.
• Customer relations proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• Responsible for all the projects for the assigned region – from order booking to dispatch – Drawing approvals / manufacturing schedules / Including FAT / Payment terms / SAP invoicing. 
• Data analysis prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelors in electrical engineering with 5-10 years of experience
• Experience in Order handling / Order management from Switchgears / disconnectors / instrument transformers.
• Handled order execution. SAP Knowledge.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
