QA/QC Engineer

?Inspection of static fabrication, machining & rotary components.

?Inspection of Casting & Forging components

?NDT Level II – Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetration Testing, Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing

?Inspection of all incoming materials, verification and inspection of materials, review of test certificates

?Knowledge of welding, WPS, PQR, WPQ

?Inspection of fit-up, weld visual, alignment, out of roundness checking as per the drawing

?To ensure that complete fabrication is done in accordance with the job procedure and stage inspections as per the approved QAP

?Preparing final documentation as per the client & QAP requirement

?Ability to develop relationships with clients and vendors

?Travel for vendor inspections

?Good understanding of engineering drawings, national & international standards, manufacturing and inspection process, quality documentation.

?Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to challenging situation, analytical and problem-solving attitude.
