📌 Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage dine-in operations and deliver an excellent dining experience. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare dine-in area with proper sanitation and cleanliness
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
• Present menus and assist customers in selecting food & beverages
• Inform guests about daily specials and menu updates
• Suggest add-ons and perform effective up-selling
• Take accurate orders using order pads or POS system
• Ensure timely service of food and beverages
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction
• Manage billing, payments, and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
• Support team members and fill in when required
• Ensure proper grooming and professional appearance
• 🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 18 – 33 years
• Gender: Both genders allowed
• Education: Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in restaurant/service role
• English: Basic English required
