Sales & Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for driving revenue and increasing brand awareness for the resort. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing digital marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to maximize occupancy and outlet profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

2) ​Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.

3) Maintain and grow relationships with OTA (Online Travel Agency) partners and traditional travel agents.

4) ​Conduct site inspections and represent the resort at trade shows and networking events.

5) Collaborate closely with the Operations and Food & Beverage (F&B) teams to ensure seamless execution of events and guest experiences.

6) Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business.

2) 3+ years in hotel sales/marketing, preferably in a resort or luxury setting.

3) Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; fluent in English (and local language).
