Iconic Electric Power Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the company's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, GST & TDS compliance, taxation, payroll, budgeting, project costing, MIS reporting, banking operations, and statutory compliance. Candidates with experience in EPC, Electrical, Solar, Infrastructure, or Construction industries will be preferred.

🔸 Education: Graduate (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter or equivalent preferred)

🔸 English: Basic English

📌 Key Responsibilities:

📚 Manage complete accounting functions and maintain books of accounts in ERP/accounting software

🧾 Prepare and review invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial records

📑 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations

💰 Handle payroll processing, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee-related financial activities

📊 Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and management reports

🏗️ Develop project budgets, monitor project costs, and conduct cost analysis

🏦 Coordinate with banks for fund management, online transactions, and banking operations

💳 Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers regularly

🤝 Coordinate with project teams for billing, invoice generation, vendor payments, and client collections

🔍 Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies

👥 Lead and coordinate finance activities while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (As per Skills & Experience)
