Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & FinanceVendor payment processing and follow-up
- Customer payment tracking and receivables management
- GST entries and accounting support
- Ledger verification and bank reconciliation
- Invoice, debit note, credit note and documentation handling
- Coordination with CA and auditors
- ERP data entry and transaction monitoring
- Operations & CoordinationProduction planning coordination with PPC team
- Order processing and dispatch coordination
- Cash flow and daily business coordination
- Compliance documentation and record maintenance
- Interdepartmental follow-up with Purchase, Stores, Production and Sales teams
- Ensuring discipline in process and documentation
- Reporting & MISDaily MIS reporting
- Outstanding and ageing reports
- Monthly finance and operations summary
- ERP coordination and process tracking
- Skills RequiredStrong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good command over Excel and ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting
- Good communication and professional behaviour
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking
- Strong ownership mindset
