Job Description

  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor performance data of solar systems using various tools and software to ensure systems are running at optimal efficiency.
  • Inspections & Testing: Conduct inspections of solar installations to assess system performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose system issues, such as electrical faults or component failures, and provide corrective actions to resolve problems.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, documenting all maintenance and repairs performed on solar installations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and educating clients on system functionality and performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to electrical safety practices.
  • Upgrades & Improvements: Recommend and implement upgrades or improvements to enhance the performance and longevity of solar systems.
