Position title: Solution Specialist - Python Developer

Job Profile: Application Development – T4

 

Job Description

 

As part of the Global Innovation team, you will contribute to automation, AI/ML integration, product design, and new solution rollouts. This role offers exposure to advanced tools and technologies in a collaborative, multinational environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain Python-based applications and APIs.
  • Design and implement efficient data pipelines for analytics and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment and monitoring.
  • Integrate AI/ML components into applications where applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices: testing, documentation, secure coding.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python development experience.

 

 

Must‑Have Skills

 

  • Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
  • Backend development experience (FastAPI preferred).
  • Familiarity with dataframe libraries (Polars or similar).
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (PRs, branching strategies).
  • Understanding of software engineering principles and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

 

Nice‑to‑Have

 

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
  • PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • CI/CD setup experience (GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with orchestrators (Dagster or similar)
