Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Promote products or services over the phone.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively explaining product benefits.

Customer Engagement

• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and provide accurate product/service information.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management

• Conduct follow-up calls on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable.

Communication & Reporting

• Record details of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Share daily/weekly reports with management.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.

Compliance & Professionalism

• Follow company sales scripts and call guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality, data protection, and telemarketing regulations.
• Maintain professionalism in communication at all times.
