Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads through tenders/ self-findings/ existing customer references
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Schedule appointments or demos for the field sales team (by assigning the task in CRM)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
