Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Representation: Act as an agent for buyers or sellers, offering guidance on market conditions, property prices, and legal requirements.
- Marketing & Listings: Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and multiple listing services (MLS).
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits and tours for potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate offers, repairs, and contract terms on behalf of clients, and facilitate the closing process.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to help clients determine fair property values.
- Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
