Job Description: Sr. Project Manager
Reporting To: Management
Location: Vangani
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects while ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and smooth site operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily project and site operations
Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams
Ensure project completion within timelines and budget
Monitor construction quality and safety standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management
Track material requirements and site progress
Prepare project reports and updates for management
Resolve on-site issues and operational challenges
Educational Requirement:
B.E. in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Strong leadership and site management skills
Knowledge of construction processes and project execution
Ability to handle multiple teams and deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience:
8+ years in Real Estate Developers / Construction Companies preferred.
