Position Title-Automobile Parts Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Parts Sales Executive to manage sales of automotive spare parts and accessories. The candidate will assist customers, maintain inventory knowledge, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with workshops, retailers, and distributors.

• Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell automobile spare parts and accessories.
• Attend walk-in customers and handle dealer/workshop inquiries.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle models and compatible parts.
• Generate quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers for repeat business.
• Coordinate with inventory/store team for stock availability.
• Handle complaints and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain records of sales, payments, and customer interactions.
• Required Skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobile components and spare parts.
• Ability to understand customer requirements.
• Sales and target-oriented approach.
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, ERP preferred).
• Teamwork and relationship management skills.
• Qualification
• Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
• Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Sales & Marketing.
• Experience1–3 years experience in automobile spare parts sales preferred.
• Freshers with automobile knowledge may also apply.
• Salary₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives.

• Additional Requirements
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
