Area Manager - Motor Finance Collections

Key Objective of the Job:

The key objective of the Zonal Collection Head role is to oversee and manage the collection activities within a designated geographic zone. Responsibilities include setting collection targets, implementing strategies to recover overdue payments, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Key Deliverables:

• Maturity Efficiency
• Roll rates of defined buckets
• Repossession (through agencies) and release of vehicles 
• Guiding the agencies, CREs and AMRs to achieve the targets
• Guiding the team of TCMs, Agencies, CREs and AMRs
• Motivate & drive team to achieve target
