Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE)

Job Summary-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage dealer networks in assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the paints or building materials industry.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete sales operations in the assigned territory
- Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve targets
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Execute branding and promotional activities in the market
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Paint / Construction / Building Materials industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and dealer network
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Must own a two-wheeler and be open to field travel
