Customer Support Executive

Female Customer Support & WhatsApp Sales Executive Required

Under The Hood, Varanasi is hiring a female customer support executive for our automobile spare parts e-commerce store, workshop inquiries, and customer follow-ups.

Main Work Responsibilities:

• Handle customer phone calls and WhatsApp messages politely.
• Reply to customers for product availability, order status, dispatch updates, tracking details, and delivery queries.
• Confirm COD and prepaid orders before dispatch.
• Take customer details such as bike model, car model, year, variant, required part, and location.
• Share product links, payment links, photos, and basic product details as per company guidance.
• Follow up with customers who asked for products but did not place an order.
• Handle abandoned cart and pending payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch team for order status.
• Update customers when orders are packed, shipped, delayed, or out of stock.
• Maintain daily inquiry, follow-up, and customer status sheet.
• Book workshop, detailing, ceramic coating, and PPF inquiries when required.
• Forward technical or fitment-related questions to the senior team instead of guessing.
• Call customers after dispatch or service for feedback when required.

Skills Required:

• Good Hindi communication.
• Basic English reading and typing.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer work.
• Google Sheets / Excel knowledge preferred.
• Polite and patient customer handling.
• Sales follow-up ability.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn automobile spare parts.

Experience Preferred:

Experience in customer care, telecalling, e-commerce, sales, dealership, automobile, courier/logistics, insurance, or BPO will be preferred.

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Thursday or as per company schedule

Location: Under The Hood, Varanasi
