Hiring: Growth Marketing Head / Marketing Execution Manager
Capvar, CIVRAA & BeautyDidi are looking for an experienced marketing professional who can manage complete growth execution — not just social media posting.
We need someone who understands:
Meta Ads & Instagram Growth
Lead Generation & Retargeting
WhatsApp Funnel Marketing
Content & Reel Execution
Campaign Planning & Scaling
Beauty / Skincare / D2C Marketing
Team Coordination & Daily Reporting
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns for Capvar, CIVRAA & BeautyDidi
- Manage Instagram/Facebook growth campaigns
- Handle lead generation and beautician onboarding
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, telecallers and sales teams
- Track leads, demos, signups, orders and campaign performance
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them
- Improve weak campaigns with clear action plans
- Build a strong marketing execution system
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in marketing/growth execution
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Instagram growth
- Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut and content workflows
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Beauty, salon, skincare or D2C experience preferred
- Ability to manage team and daily output
Location: Varanasi
Work Type: Work from Office
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month + Performance Incentives
This is not a basic social media job.
This role is for someone who can help build the complete growth engine of Capvar, CIVRAA & BeautyDidi.
