Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Female Insurance Advisor Recruitment Executive for our Partner Office of IndiaFirst Life Insurance. The role involves recruiting and onboarding insurance advisors, conducting field meetings, and achieving monthly recruitment targets. The selected candidate will work with the IndiaFirst Life Insurance distribution network through our partner office.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors.
* Achieve a monthly target of 30 Advisor Hirings.
* Conduct meetings and explain the advisor opportunity.
* Generate leads through field activities and networking.
* Complete advisor documentation and onboarding.
* Maintain strong relationships with prospective advisors.
Candidate Profile
* Female candidates only.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, Insurance, BFSI, or related field.
* Graduate preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
* Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
* Comfortable with field work and local travel.
