Sales Executive

·   Primary Sales, Direct Sales/ GT Sales.

·   Conduct market surveys and identify A & B class retail outlets.

·   Prepare route plans and submit reports through the Recibo application.

·   Ensure timely reporting of Salesmen and supervise route operations.

·   Monitor stock loading, outlet coverage, product display, stock rotation, and freshness at outlets.

·   Ensure proper order punching and avoid overstocking at retail outlets.

·   Focus on increasing sales, product range placement, and premium product visibility.

·   Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

·   Supervise team performance and support achievement of sales targets.

·   Leading and handling the sales targets of DDSM/ Sales Man.

·   Handling Privilege Customers/ Secondary billing.

·   Depot Distribution Handling.

·   Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining product rejections and sample usage within prescribed limits.

·   Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory to expand the distribution network.

·   Analyze market rejection trends and implement corrective actions to minimize product rejections.

·   Maintain effective communication and coordination with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth business operations.

·   Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, wholesalers, dealers, and business partners through regular market visits and engagement.

·   Demonstrate strong sales acumen and in-depth geographical knowledge of the assigned market.
