Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, guiding, and managing the entire sales team to achieve company sales targets. The role includes team supervision, performance monitoring, strategy implementation, lead conversion improvement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and manage all Sales Executives and field teams.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings.
- Increase sales registrations and conversions.
- Monitor lead allocation and ensure proper follow-up.
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with operations, subsidy, and installation departments.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and dress code compliance within the sales team.
- Develop new strategies to generate and convert leads.
- Support channel partners and branch teams for business growth.
- Resolve customer and team-related sales issues.
