About the Role

Club Mahindra is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing members. The role requires engaging with premium customers, understanding their travel aspirations, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and driving revenue through membership upgrades, renewals, referrals, and holiday product sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent relationship-building skills, strong outbound sales experience, and the ability to achieve revenue targets while delivering world-class customer service.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage an assigned portfolio of Club Mahindra members.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct outbound calls and virtual consultations to engage members.
• Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable holiday solutions.
• Drive membership upgrades, renewals, referrals, and add-on holiday products.
• Achieve monthly revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Resolve member concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Stay updated on Club Mahindra products, offers, destinations, and membership benefits.

Salary - Upto 5.5 LPA + Incentive
