Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

* Follow up on leads received from IndiaMART, website, and social media.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.

* Share quotations, catalogs, and product details via WhatsApp and email.

* Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.

* Maintain customer records and follow-up reports in Excel/CRM.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
