Back Office Operations Executive – Job Profile
Position: Back Office Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back-office and operational support activities.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, work orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other operational documents.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, transporters, and internal teams for smooth execution of services.
- Maintain records of material movement, inventory, collections, dispatches, and operational data.
- Update MIS reports, Excel trackers, and company databases regularly.
- Follow up for purchase orders, approvals, payments, and required documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of operational and compliance documents.
- Support management with reports, data analysis, and operational coordination.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Good coordination, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–3 years in Back Office, Operations Coordination, or Administrative Support
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Head of Operations
Objective: To ensure efficient coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative support for smooth business and operational functions.
