The Role We are seeking a highly capable Controls and Automation Engineer to serve as the master architect of our machines' electrical and automation systems. You will play a dual role: designing the physical electrical layouts and programming the Mitsubishi PLCs and HMIs that bring our automated systems to life. You will own the entire control system from the initial electrical schematic to the final factory acceptance test on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Design & Drafting: Create precise 2D electrical panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD (or AutoCAD Electrical). Ensure all designs meet industrial safety and load requirements.
• PLC & HMI Programming: Write, test, and deploy clean, logical automation code using Mitsubishi PLC software. Design intuitive, operator-ly HMI screens for machine control and diagnostics.
• Systems Integration: Select and integrate appropriate sensors, drives, motors, and pneumatic controls to execute the mechanical sequence of operations perfectly.
• Testing & Commissioning: Work hands-on on the shop floor to wire, debug, and commission the automated systems. You will troubleshoot both hardware faults and software logic until the machine runs flawlessly.
• Documentation: Generate complete Bills of Materials (BOM) for the electrical panels and maintain updated program backups and operational manuals for the client.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in industrial automation, specifically in both electrical panel design and PLC programming.
• Strong, hands-on programming experience with Mitsubishi PLCs and HMIs (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting electrical schematics.
• A deep understanding of industrial control components (VFDs, contactors, relays, proximity sensors, pneumatics).
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 CTC per annum (Highly dependent on independent programming capability and Mitsubishi expertise).
• Location: Vasai, Maharashtra (Local candidates along the Western suburban network prioritized).
• Schedule: Full-Time.
