Role Overview:
We need a recruiter who can consistently source, screen, and close quality candidates for international sales processes (US). This is a target-driven role with direct impact on revenue through team building.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding)
- Hire for International Voice / Sales Executives (US markets)
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Apna Job, Work India,references, and bulk hiring drives
- Conduct initial HR screening calls (communication, sales aptitude, shift flexibility)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback loop
- Maintain daily/weekly hiring pipeline reports
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) on open positions
- Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in BPO / International Sales hiring
- Understanding of US shift requirements
- Ability to judge communication skills and sales mindset
- Hands-on with portals like Apna Job, Work India & LinkedIn
- Good negotiation and candidate closing skills
