Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through LinkedIn and references.
* Collect data & get resumes of candidates who are in ready to aboard ship/ join domestic jobs
* Schedule and conduct candidate meetings/interviews to showcase recruitment services.
* Understand client & company hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for delivery.
* Maintain records and track pipeline and opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful closure and delivery of mandates.
Qualification : Graduate with HR specialization will be added advantage
Experience - 0.5 to 3 years in HR function.
