Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct initial HR screening
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
  • Manage offer rollout and onboarding process
