Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic or initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining.
