Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic or initial interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining.
