Job Description
Title - Senior People & Admin Executive
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Onboarding and Exits
• Own the complete onboarding experience from offer to Day One
• Ensure joining documentation, inductions, and system access are in place
• Manage exit processes end to end with clarity, dignity, and speed
• Keep employee records, trackers, and documentation clean and current
Hiring and Talent Acquisition
• Manage hiring across creative, client servicing, and support roles
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews, roll out offers, and close positions
• Step in directly to close roles when timelines are tight or hiring volumes spike
• Ensure candidates have a positive and respectful experience
Payroll and Compliance
• Coordinate monthly payroll and validate inputs before processing
• Ensure timely salary payouts
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance requirements
• Maintain payroll records and reports
Office and Admin Ops
• Keep day to day office operations running smoothly
• Manage vendors, assets, inventory, and basic procurement
• Ensure the workplace is functional, safe, and people friendly
Culture, Ownership, and Pace
• Support leaders in building a culture of accountability and ownership
• Reinforce clear roles, timelines, and follow through across teams
• Enable employees to function effectively in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Act as a practical HR partner who removes friction, not adds to it
Team Support and Leadership
• Guide and support one HR & Admin team member
• Lead by example through hands on execution
• Step in and do the work when required

Must Haves
• Graduation or Post Graduation in HR, Management, or related field
• Formal certification or qualification in HR or People Management
• 3 to 6 years of hands on HR operations, admin, hiring, and payroll experience
• Experience in a creative, digital, or MarCom agency is a strong plus
Excellent Communication skills.
