Job Description – Overseas HR Recruiter
Company: Business Point Solutions
Location: Mumbai (Malad West)
Experience: 1–5 Years (Gulf / International Hiring Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities
International Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas (Gulf) requirements
Work on bulk hiring for countries like UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.
Understand client requirements and job specifications
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references & database
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic / face-to-face interviews
Client Coordination
Coordinate with overseas clients for interview schedules
Arrange client interviews (online / offline)
Maintain proper communication for feedback and closures
Documentation & Process
Guide candidates on documentation (Passport, Visa, Certificates)
Ensure proper file management and compliance
Handle offer letter & joining process
Candidate Handling
Maintain strong follow-up with candidates
Build good relationships and trust
Ensure smooth onboarding process
Skills Required
Good communication & convincing skills
Knowledge of Gulf recruitment process
Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring
Ability to work under pressure & targets
Basic MS Excel / recruitment tools knowledge
Preferred Candidates
Experience in overseas consultancy / manpower recruitment
Knowledge of visa process & documentation
Immediate joiners preferred
