Roles and Responsibility - HR Executive


  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
