Tata Capital Limited is conducting a Walk‑In Drive for HR Apprentice (HR Operations & MIS). This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want hands‑on corporate HR experience and strong exposure to HR Ops & Advanced MIS.
📌 Role Details
Position: HR Apprentice (HR Ops & MIS)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Timings: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Full‑Time Internship)
Stipend: Paid

🔍 Roles & Responsibilities
✅ HR Operations support
✅ MIS preparation & reporting
✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
✅ Employee data management & documentation
✅ Coordination with internal stakeholders
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Graduate / MBA‑HR / MMS / BMS / B.Com / BBA
✔️ Strong command over Advanced Excel & MIS
✔️ Good communication & coordination skills
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
✔️ Strong interest in building a career in HR Operations
