Role & responsibilities
• Handle monthly remittances and challan generation for all statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.
• Operate and manage all statutory portals of EPFO, ESIC, and P-Tax including return filings, inspections, and audits.
• Ensure accurate monthly PF and ESI challan generation and payment, as per EPFO and ESIC norms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and LWF rules, and ensure 100% compliance with assigned clients.
• Manage UAN activation, KYC updates, and claim processing (PF withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Understand the employee and employer contribution structures for PF and ESI and ensure timely deposits through challans.
• Handle P-Tax deduction and payment via monthly or quarterly challans as per state specific rules.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions (PF, ESI, PT), and net pay computation.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and statutory registers.
• Address employee queries related to PF, ESI, P-Tax, and payroll deductions.
• Manage ESI registration, generation of ESI cards, and assist employees in availing medical benefits through ESIC hospitals.
• Maintain client documentation and assist in labor law audits, inspections, and government correspondence.
• Stay updated on labor law amendments, income tax changes, and compliance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
• Minimum 1 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Familiarity with payroll software and employee database management.
• Good communication skills for client coordination and query resolution.

Working Days & Timing:
TIMING: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
WEEK OFFS: All Sundays and Last Saturdays is off
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday
