Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven HR Executive to independently manage and execute all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, and maintaining accurate records across the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee onboarding data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations and preparation of employee payslips.
  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and organize all HR-related data, documents, and records efficiently. Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including documentation, record management, and exit formalities.
  • Independently manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile, including job postings and employer branding activities.


Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR processes with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, Job Hai, and similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Additional Expectations Ability to take ownership of HR operations and manage responsibilities independently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.


Work Details: Work Mode:

  • Work from Office Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
  • Breaks: 45 minutes lunch break & 15 minutes tea break
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week Weekly Offs: Rotational holidays (4 days per month)


Salary & Incentives: Salary Range: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Training Period: 5 days (Paid Training)
