Job Role:
Experienced Chef chahiye jo kitchen operations handle kar sake aur taste, quality aur hygiene maintain kare.
Cuisine Knowledge Required:
- Indian Cuisine: Chicken, Mutton, Paneer, Veg gravies, Dal, Thali, Rice
- Biryani: Chicken, Mutton, Egg, Veg & Hyderabadi Biryani
- Chinese Cuisine: Fried Rice, Noodles, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Soups, Rolls
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation aur cooking
- Kitchen cleanliness maintain karna
- Order timely serve karna
- Quality aur taste consistency maintain karna
- Kitchen stock aur ingredients handle karna
