Factory Supervisor

​1. Production & Batch Planning

​Plan, schedule, and execute daily and weekly production batches to meet demand targets.

​Optimize the production workflow to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

​Ensure all finished goods meet quality standards before packaging.

​2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

​Conduct regular physical audits of raw materials and packing materials stocks.

​Maintain accurate inventory logs (manual or digital).

​Monitor stock thresholds and timely place purchase orders with suppliers when stock levels run low to prevent production bottlenecks.

​Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against delivery notes, and inspect quality.

​3. Staff & Floor Management

​Supervise, motivate, and manage floor staff and laborers.

​Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and monitor overall performance.

​Enforce safety protocols, cleanliness, and hygiene standards on the factory floor.

​Resolve workplace conflicts or staffing shortages quickly and professionally.

​4. Basic Accounting & Administration

​Manage petty cash and track daily operational expenses.

​Maintain basic records of invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.

​Prepare simple weekly or monthly reports on production output, material usage, and expenses for management review.

5. Maintaining documents for each batch taken as per FDA norms
