Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily machine shop activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and operate machines including CNC, Traub, lathe, milling, and drilling.
  • Allocate tasks to machine operators and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Ensure production schedules are met with focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper records of production, machine utilization, and downtime.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
  • Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to achieve customer requirements.
  • Train and mentor machine operators to improve skill levels.
