* Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or related field)

* MBA in Marketing preferred

**💼 Experience:** 3–8 Years

**🏭 Industry Preference:** Pharma/Cosmetics Third-Party Manufacturing

### **Key Responsibilities:**

✅ Manage and maintain client relationships

✅ Handle customer orders and coordinate with internal departments

✅ Ensure timely order execution and delivery

✅ Support new product development and client onboarding

✅ Prepare quotations and maintain customer documentation

✅ Follow up on payments and customer requirements

✅ Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction

### **Required Skills:**

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔ Knowledge of Pharma/Cosmetics manufacturing processes

✔ MS Office & ERP proficiency

✔ Strong problem-solving and account management abilities
