We are looking for a procurement professional who can independently manage vendor sourcing, price negotiations, production follow-ups, and quality coordination, allowing our leadership team to focus on business growth.

MissionEnsure the right product is purchased from the right supplier at the right quality, price, and delivery timeline while maintaining long-term vendor relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVendor DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new manufacturers and suppliers across Surat and other textile hubs.
• Develop a reliable vendor network for sarees, lehengas, suits, fabrics, accessories, and packaging.
• Conduct factory visits and supplier audits.
• Build backup suppliers for every major product category.
• PurchasingNegotiate prices, payment terms, production timelines, and MOQs.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor order execution.
• Compare quotations and recommend the best commercial option.
• Control procurement costs without compromising quality.
• Production CoordinationFollow up with suppliers on production schedules.
• Coordinate sampling and approvals.
• Resolve production delays and bottlenecks.
• Ensure on-time readiness for export dispatches.
• Quality ControlVerify products meet buyer specifications before dispatch.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure consistency in fabric, stitching, finishing, packing, and labelling.
• Reduce rejection rates through proactive quality management.
• Inventory & Procurement PlanningPlan purchases based on sales forecasts and export schedules.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
• Vendor Relationship ManagementBuild long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
• Resolve commercial disputes professionally.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, pricing, reliability, and service.
• Experience Required5–10 years in textile purchasing or sourcing.
• Experience with garments, fabrics, or ethnic wear preferred.
• Strong supplier network in Surat and surrounding textile markets.
• Experience working with export houses is an advantage.
