Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of machine parts and assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and NCR documentation.
- Handle customer quality complaints and support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Service departments for quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to GMP documentation and quality procedures applicable to pharmaceutical machinery.
- Monitor vendor quality and support vendor development activities.
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Support machine FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and customer inspections.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Implement continuous improvement practices for reducing rejection and rework.
