Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to handle restaurant operations during evening/night shifts. The candidate will manage restaurant and online orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth closing operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online orders.

Operate Swiggy and Zomato merchant apps efficiently.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.

Ensure correct packing and handover of food to delivery partners.

Manage customer calls and basic customer support.

Supervise restaurant operations during night shift.

Ensure cleanliness, proper shutdown, and basic closing management of the restaurant at night.

Monitor stock/items and report shortages if any.

Handle rush hours and maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge.

Should know or be willing to learn Swiggy/Zomato operations.

Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Ability to manage the restaurant independently during night hours.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in restaurant operations or food delivery management.

Ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
